Where We Ship

We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

All times are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York) are processed the next business day.
Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or remote locations. We always aim to deliver on time but cannot guarantee exact dates.

Carriers We Use

FedEx, USPS, and UPS (automatically selected for the best combination of speed and reliability for your address).

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight-forwarding services.
  • A valid street address is required.
  • High-value items may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit (with a correct address provided), we will either reship the items free of charge or issue a full refund – whichever you prefer.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (you cover the new shipping cost) or issue a refund minus the original shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window

  • 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Orders placed November 1 – December 31 qualify for an extended 45-day return window (perfect for holiday gifts).

What Can Be Returned

Almost everything we sell can be returned for any reason, including:

  • Doesn’t fit / not what you expected
  • Changed your mind
  • Received the wrong item
  • Item arrived damaged or defective

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Underwear, swimwear, socks (once the hygiene seal is broken)
  • Cosmetics and personal-care items that have been opened or used
  • Hazardous materials (aerosols, flammable items, etc.)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Clearance/final-sale items (marked as such on the product page)

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

How to Start a Return (3 Easy Steps)

  1. Email us at support@tidalmart.com within the return window. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (photos are required for damaged/defective items).
  2. We’ll reply (usually within 24 hours) with a prepaid return shipping label and return authorization.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any FedEx, USPS, or UPS location.

Restocking Fee

Check $0 – we never charge restocking fees.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–5 business days after you drop it off), we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
  • You’ll receive an email the moment your refund is sent.
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 3–7 additional days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the size/color/style you need. We’re happy to reserve stock or offer a discount code for the inconvenience.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately – no need to return the item in some cases.
